- Pain in the muscles of areas such as the neck, shoulders, and back.
- Chronic headaches or migraines.
- Numbness in the fingertips or arm (may be caused by pinched nerves)
- Eye pain, dryness, or blurred vision (from prolonged computer use)
- Have insomnia or chronic fatigue.
» The main causes of office syndrome.
- Incorrect sitting posture, such as hunching over or crossing your legs.
- Staying in the same position for a long time, such as sitting and working for 6-8 hours without getting up.
- Improper placement of the computer monitor, such as being too high or too low.
- Using the mouse or keyboard incorrectly.
- Lack of exercise or stretching.
» How to prevent and relieve.
- Adjust your sitting position correctly, such as keeping your back straight, feet flat on the floor, and the computer screen at eye level.
- Get up and walk around or change positions every 30-60 minutes.
- Stretch your muscles, such as your neck, shoulders, and back, at least 1-2 times.
- Use tables, chairs, and equipment that are appropriate for your body.
- Exercise regularly to increase muscle strength.
- If symptoms are severe, consult a doctor or physical therapist.
