Q : วัคซีนเสริมจำเป็นต้องฉีดไหม?
A : วัคซีนเสริม (เช่น วัคซีนไอพีดี (IPD) เพื่อป้องกันปอดบวม/เยื่อหุ้มสมองอักเสบ หรือวัคซีนป้องกันมือเท้าปาก) แม้จะไม่ใช่ภาคบังคับในสิทธิพื้นฐาน แต่ “แนะนำ” ให้ฉีดหากสะดวกครับ เพราะช่วยลดความเสี่ยงโรคร้ายแรงที่พบบ่อยในเด็กไทยได้ดี
Q : หลังฉีดวัคซีนแล้วลูกมีไข้ ควรรับมืออย่างไร?
A : 1.เช็ดตัว : ใช้ผ้าชุบน้ำอุณหภูมิห้องเช็ดตามข้อพับและหน้าผาก
2.ยาลดไข้ : ทานยาพาราเซตามอลสำหรับเด็กตามขนาดที่หมอแนะนำ (ห้ามทานก่อนฉีดดักไว้)
3.การบวม : หากมีรอยแดงบวมบริเวณที่ฉีด ให้ประคบเย็นเบาๆ ใน 24 ชั่วโมงแรก
