Service Eligibility Conditions.
- Doctor's fees include the fees of the ophthalmologist who performs the surgery.
- Nursing service fee Including outpatient nursing services and operating room nurses
- Operating room cost
- Medication costs include the cost of medicines used in the operating room related to the surgery as specified.
- Medical equipment costs Medical supplies used in the operating room related to surgery according to the specified list
- Medicine expenses to take home as specified

THE PACKAGE LIST DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS.
- Doctor consultation fee before surgery date
- The lump-sum program is an outpatient surgery. Does not include room rates in the case of staying in the hospital.
- Treatment not related to disease was excluded. and in case of complications
- In the case of using general anesthesia, lump sum items cannot be used.

Q : ICL คืออะไร? ต่างจากเลนส์แก้วตาเทียมอย่างไร?
A : 1.ICL : เป็นเลนส์เสริมที่วางไว้หน้าเลนส์ตาธรรมชาติ (หลังม่านตา) โดย ไม่ต้องนำเลนส์ตาเดิมออก เหมาะสำหรับแก้ไขสายตาในคนที่อายุยังไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ต้อกระจก
2.เลนส์แก้วตาเทียม (IOL): ใช้ในการผ่าตัดต้อกระจก โดยต้อง เอาเลนส์ตาธรรมชาติออก แล้วใส่เลนส์ใหม่เข้าไปแทนที่
Q : ใครบ้างที่เหมาะกับการทำ ICL?
A : 1.ผู้ที่มีสายตาสั้นมากๆ (เช่น สั้นเกิน 800-1,000 ขึ้นไป) หรือสายตาเอียงสูง
2.ผู้ที่มี กระจกตาบาง เกินกว่าจะทำ LASIK หรือ ReLEx ได้
3.ผู้ที่มีภาวะตาแห้งรุนแรง
4.อายุระหว่าง 21–45 ปี และมีค่าสายตาคงที่อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
Q : การดูแลตัวเองหลังผ่าตัดเป็นอย่างไร?
A : 1.ห้ามโดนน้ำ: ในช่วง 1 สัปดาห์แรกเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อ
2.งดขยี้ตา: ต้องสวมฝาครอบตา (Eye Shield) เวลานอน
3.พักสายตา: ในช่วงแรกอาจมีอาการล้าตาหรือเห็นแสงฟุ้ง (Halo) บ้าง ซึ่งจะค่อยๆ ดีขึ้น
